Social responsibility is a kind of own identity and emotional experience of a conscious of each social members who act as a subject. Fostering social responsibility of citizens is not only conducive to achieving the comprehensive development, but also significant to build a socialist harmonious society and to realize the modernization of ideological and political education. Now fostering a sense of social responsibility should make good use of the role of the main channel, nurture people＇ s civic awareness, improve people＇ s consciousness, and be based on social practice as well.
