摘要 随着城市建设用地的急剧扩张,农用地资源逐渐短缺,农用地集约利用水平的研究将成为土地问题探究的重点,对保障粮食安全具有现实意义。文中采用主成分分析法选取指标评价体系,同时将熵值法和模糊评价法结合,应用于农用地的集约利用评价,在一定程度上减少降低了人为因素对权重的影响,客观地评价了晋城市城区1998年至2008年农用地集约利用水平,评价结果表明:1998-2008年城区农用地集约利用水平呈上升趋势,总体符合当地实际情况,并针对研究区具体情况进行分析,进一步提出建议。 With the rapid expansion of urban construction land, the agricuhural land resources become shortage gradually, the research of agricultural land intensive use will become the focus of land problems, and it has practical significance to ensure food se- curity. This paper uses the principal component analysis to select evaluation index system, and applies the combination of the method of entropy and fuzzy evaluation method into the evaluation of agricultural land intensive use. To some extent, it has reduced the influence of human factors affecting on the weight, and evalu- ates the agricultural land intensive use level of the urban area of Jineheng from 1998 to 2008 objectively. The evaluation results have shown that agricultural land intensive use level is rising in 1998-2008 and approximately conforms with the local actual situa- tion, then analyzes the specific circumstances of the study area, and put forward further proposals.
