摘要
在分析乳制品及其生产工艺特点的基础上,研究了乳品企业实施6σ的具体方案。结合生产实际和HACCP原理,以灭菌乳为项目实施对象,分别对6σ实施流程的6个阶段进行阐述,包括设定改进目标,质量指标分析,确定存在问题,分析导致质量问题的原因等。运用RDMAIC模式探索建立一套适合乳品企业的6σ质量管理体系。
Based on the analysis of characteristics of dairy products and their production process, the implementation precept of six sigma in dairy enterprises was studied. Combining the actual situation of production and the principle of HACCP, The six stages of implementation process in Sterilized pure milk were introduced respectively,including setting for the quality target, measuring a series of index of product, defining the problems and analyzing the possible causes of the quality problem. The quality improvement was implemented using RDMAIC model. The purpose of this study was to find a new quality management model, which was fit for modem dairy enterorises.
