摘要
针对长输管道热收缩带补口施工中采用人工火焰烘烤存在的问题,设计了一套补口施工专用机具——电控式红外加热装备,并将PLC应用于热收缩补口红外加热控制系统中。试验证明:该装备能够使热收缩带加热过程实现程控化,以及热缩带加热控制的自动化和360°均匀加热,减少了人工火焰烘烤造成的局部不粘接、空鼓等诸多缺陷。基于PLC的电控式红外加热装备能够提高热缩带补口质量和施工效率,延长管道的有效使用期限,保障长输管道防腐质量。
According the problem existing in the installation of heat shrinkable sleeve in field coating for welded joint with torch system heating, a set of special tools for the installation, the electronically controlled infrared heating equipment, is designed, and PLC will be used in the infrared heating control system of heat shrinkable sleeve. Tests indicate that the equipment can realize program-controlled heating process for the heating of heat shrinkable sleeve, heating automation of heat shrinkable sleeve and 360° uniform heating, thus basically eliminate the local unbonding, hollowing and other defects due to torch system heating. PLC-based electrically controlled infrared heating equipment can improve the quality and efficiency of installation of heat shrinkable sleeve in field coating for welded joint, and extend the service life of pipeline, and enhance the corrosion control quality of long-distance pipelines.
