摘要
目的探讨基于跨理论模型的健康教育对心力衰竭患者自我护理(下称自护)行为的影响。方法将100例心力衰竭患者随机分为试验组和对照组各50例,试验组应用跨理论模型进行健康教育,对照组给予心内科常规健康教育。应用心力衰竭患者自护行为量表(the Self-care of Heart Failure Index,SCHFI)分别于干预前、干预后1个月和3个月对两组患者进行测评。结果干预后1个月和3个月试验组患者自护维持、自护管理、自护信心得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规心内科的健康教育相比,以跨理论模型为依据制订的健康教育方案能显著改善心力衰竭患者的自护行为。
Objective To evaluate the effect of transtheoretical model(TFM)-hased health education on the serf-care behaviors of patients with heart failure. Method One hundred heart failure patients were randomly assigned to two groups,50 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group received TFM-based health education;the patients in the control group received conventional health education. All patients were investigated with the Self-Care of Heart Failure Index (SCHFI) at baseline, 1 month and 3 months after intervention. Results After intervention,the scores of self-care maintaining,self care management and self care confidence in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion TYM-based health education can effectively improve the self-care behaviors of patients with heart failure.
