糖尿病并发侵袭性肺曲霉菌病合并嗜血细胞综合征患者的护理

Nursing care of a diabetic patient complicated by invasive pulmonary aspergillosis and hemophagocytic syndrome

报道1例糖尿病并发侵袭性肺曲霉菌病合并嗜血细胞综合征患者的护理。护理上给予严密观察病情,控制感染,加强呼吸道管理等对症支持护理,重视对药物治疗的监测及做好心理护理。患者入院32d病情好转,转到血液科继续治疗。

This paper summarizes the nursing care for a diabetic patient complicated by invasive pulmonary aspergillosis and hemophagocytic syndrome. The key points in nursing were close observation of patients＇ condition, control of infections,airway management, monitoring of drug effects and psychological nursing. The patient＇ symptoms were relieved and was transferred to the department of hematology 32 days later.
