摘要
以纤维素模化物(定量滤纸)为原料,考察金属离子对超低酸水解纤维素的助催化作用,并对助催化机理进行探讨。实验中对K2SO4、MgSO4、Na2SO4、Al2(SO4)3、CuSO4、FeSO4、Fe2(SO4)3在3种浓度(0.01%、0.05%、0.10%)下的助催化效果进行对比。结果表明:浓度为0.05%的K2SO4、MgSO4、Na2SO4的催化效果较好,重复实验得出K2SO4的效果更稳定。在实验基础上结合仪器分析,选择K2SO4初步探讨金属盐助催化纤维素的水解机理,为后续的研究工作做理论铺垫。
To research the cocatalyst effect of metal salt in cellulose hydrolysis by extremely-low acid, Choosing 7 different kinds of metal salts: K2SO4, MgSO4, NaESO4, A12 (SQ)3, CuSO4, FeSO4, FeE(SO4)3 in 3 different concentration as eocatalysts. Then, the results reveal that the eoeatalyst effects of K2SO4,MgSO4, Na2SO4 are better. Repeating experements show that K2 SO4 as cocatalyst is more stable. By the experimental results and litera- tures, we choose K2 SO4 as representative metal salt inferring the mechanism of metal salt in cellulose hydrolysis by extremely-low acid, making a theoretical guidance for the subsequent research work.
