摘要
以杂交狼尾草为原料,采用批式中温厌氧消化工艺,研究微波、蒸汽加热和NaOH预处理方法对能源草厌氧发酵性能的影响。研究结果表明:经预处理后原料的结晶度均有所升高,其中微波预处理后结晶度由原料的7.22%升至15.56%,提高了116%;经微波预处理后原料的中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、木质素和粗脂肪含量均有所上升;蒸汽加热处理使原料的木质素含量稍有升高;NaOH处理对原料的组分影响较大,原料中N的质量分数、木质素和粗脂肪含量显著降低了16.90%、49.06%和90.60%。蒸汽加热处理后原料的累计产气量(17.30L)、产气率(475.21mL/g VS added)和产甲烷率(251.39mL/g VS added)均有所上升,比未处理的原料提高11.13%,可见蒸汽加热预处理方法可一定程度地提高杂交狼尾草的厌氧发酵性能。
The effects of pretreatment methods ( microwave, steam heating and sodium hydroxide ) on anaerobic di- gestion performance of Pennisetum were investigated in batch mesohpilic experiments. The results indi- cated that the crystallinity of pretreated material increased, and the crystallinity after microwave pretreatment in- creased from 7.22% to 15.56%. The content of NDF, ADF, lignin and crude fat were also increased. The slightly increased lignin content was observed after steam heating pretreatment. Great effects of NaOH on the material com- ponents were obtained, the content of N, lignin and crude fat in material decreased by 16.90%, 49.06% and 90.60%, respectively. The cumulative biogas production, biogas procution rate and methane production rate were 17.30L, 475.21mL/g VSaddod and 251.39mL/g WSadded, respectively. Increased by 11.13% was compared to the non-pretreatment material.
