摘要
铜陵某选铁厂弱磁选尾矿主要含磷矿物为磷灰石,对试样进行了化学成分及筛分分析,并对该试样进行了磷的浮选回收研究。结果表明,采用1粗2精、中矿顺序返回流程处理该试样,最终获得了P2O5品位为35.25%,回收率为95.42%的磷精矿。
The main phosphorus mineral in tailings of low intensity magnetic separation of a iron mine in Tongling is apatite. After a simple analysis on chemical composition and sieve for the tailing samples, the dosages in its roughing and cleaning concentrations are studied. The results show that phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 35.25% and recovery of 95.42% is obtained by the process of one rouging-two cleanings-middles back to the flow-sheet in order.
