肉鸡营养与饲料研究新进展
摘要
利用饲料原料及其加工副产物的化学组成预测其在肉鸡上的表观代谢能和可消化氨基酸,现阶段已成为国际关注的热点,特别是在数学模型预测代谢能和町消化氨基酸方面取得了部分进展。Rochell等利用营养成分分析预测氮纠正表观代谢能评价玉米加工副产物对肉雏鸡能量价值,埘粉磨厂生产的15种不同的玉米加工副产物的表观代谢能预测结果证实可利用营养成分预测卡米加工副产物对肉鸡的表观代谢能。
