摘要
当前,肉鸡饲粮中粗蛋白原料面临着供需紧张、价格不断升高的局面。而传统肉鸡饲粮还存在粗蛋白水平偏高、多种氨基酸过量,造成资源浪费和环境污染。因此,国际上对肉鸡饲粮粗蛋白研究的热点是寻找新的低蛋白原料并对其进行营养价值评定,并进一步对蛋白原料进行加工处理以提高其营养物质利用率。
