摘要
提出了一种适用于复杂车体结构优化设计的优化策略,并通过灵敏度分析、阶段优化及应力集中处理等措施进行了优化过程控制,旨在提高结构轻量化优化设计的可行性及优化效率。最后以某轨道车辆车体为对象,进行了结构优化设计实例分析,验证了本策略的有效性。
An optimization scheme applicable to the optimization design of complex carbody structure is given.The optimization process control is made through such measures as sensibility analysis,optimization in stages and the stress centralization,in order to improve the feasibility and optimization efficiency of the optimization design of the structure lightening.In the end,with the carbody of a certain rail vehicle as the object,the practical analysis of the structure optimization design is made,and the effectiveness of the scheme is verified.
