根据CRH系列动车组基础制动装置的检修流程,设计了兼容CRH系列各型动车组的基础制动装置检修流水线。该流水线能够完成基础制动装置的分解、清洗、检查、组装、试验、存放等工作,提高检修效率。

According to the inspection and repair process of the foundation braking equipment applied in CRH series multiple units,the inspection and repair pipeline for foundation braking equipment compatible with each type of CRH series multiple units is designed.The pipeline can perform such works as disassembly,cleaning,examination,assembly,testing and storage,and can improve the efficiency.
