According to the practical cases of financial information processing pattern and flow, this paper proposes a new mode of information management under the e - commerce environment, summarizes the information processing flow, and puts the new thinking of knowledge management and value chain management into the information management. It thinks that the characteristics of the model are comprehensive, systematic and professional, and prospects for the information management development.
