抑郁障碍与早年慢性应激的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 抑郁障碍是一种以显著而持久的情绪低落、兴趣减退、活动减少为主要临床特征,同时伴有多种躯体不适的一类常见的情感障碍。具有高患病率、高复发率、高自杀率等特点,严重损害患者的学习、生活、工作,并给患者本人、家庭以及社会带来沉重负担。截至目前,抑郁障碍的病因和发病机制尚未明确,流行病学调查和临床研究发现早年慢性应激是诱发抑郁障碍的主要风险因素之一,而且各类环境、社会、心理应激对抑郁的发生、发展及预后均起着重要作用。
