灯盏花对脑梗塞患者血液流变学的影响

The effect of breviscapus on blood rheology in padents with cerebral infarction

目的 探讨灯盏花对脑梗塞患者血液流变学的影响。方法将76例病人随机分为两组,治疗组40例,对照组36例。治疗组应用云南灯盏花注射液,对照组应用复方丹参注射液,15天为1个疗程。治疗前后分别行血液流变学检测。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,灯盏花能改善脑梗塞患者血液流变学异常。结论 灯盏花是改善脑梗塞患者血液流变学异常的有效药物。

Objective To investigate the effect of breviscapus on blood rheology in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 76cases were radomized to two groups,the treatment group(T group) and the controlgroup(C group) .40 cases of T group was treated with Yunnan breviscapus injection,36 cases of C group was treated with salvia miltirrhoiza compound injection, 15 days as a treatment period. Before and after treatment,the venous blood samples of all patients were drawn for blood rheological measurement. Results The influence on Tgroup was superior to C group. Breviscapus could improve the blood rheology abnormal in patients with cerebral infarction. Conclusion Breviscapus was a effective drug in improving the blood rheology of patients with cerebral infarction.
