摘要
葡萄是我国的一种重要果树,在长期的无性繁殖过程中受扇叶病、卷叶病、皱木复合病和斑点病等多种病毒病的危害,给葡萄的产量和品质带来了严重的影响。在生产上,无病毒的繁殖材料是控制病毒病的主要途径。总结了茎尖培养、热处理、化学处理、体细胞胚再生、电疗法和超低温脱毒等方法的脱病毒原理及在葡萄病毒脱除中的应用效果,分析了不同方法所适合脱除的病毒种类。通过对上述研究进展的综述,以期为我国葡萄病毒脱除技术研究提供参考信息。
Grapevine (Vitis spp.) is one of the most economically important fruit trees in our country, and is affected by many viral diseases due to its vegetable reproduction and having a long-term lifecycle. Viruses that greatly reduce the quality and quantity of grape fruits include Grapevine fanleafvirus (GFLV), viruses inducing rugose wood (RW) complex, Grapevine leafroll associated viruses (GLRaVs), and Grapevine fleck virus (GFKV). The major measure to control grapevine Virus diseases is the use of healthy propagating material. On basis of summarization of the principles for virus elimination techniques of meristem-tip cul- ture, thermotherapy, chemotherapy electrotherapy, somatic embryogenesis and cryopreservation, this paper presents an overview of the application of various methods on virus elimination of grapevines and analyzes the relationship of virus elimination techniques and the types of virus. Here, we give a brief re- view about recent research progresses mentioned above, and hope that it will provide the help for the fu- ture research in the field of elimination of grapevine viruses.
