摘要
生产性服务业作为制造业的中间产品,与制造业具有投入产出的上下游关系。本文以垂直关联模型为基础,构建了生产性服务业区位选择与制造业区位选择在空间维度上的互动关系。并以长三角地区27个地级以上城市的面板数据为例,通过建立两方程联立模型,验证了生产性服务业与制造业在区位分布上存在协同定位关系即二者在区位决定上相互影响。研究结果表明:在长三角范围内,制造业区位与生产性服务业区位的相互影响作用由于城市规模的不同而存在差异,由此决定了不同城市产业发展顺序的差异。大城市要积极推进生产性服务业集聚发展,而在中小城市应首先发展制造业集聚,并以此来吸引和带动生产性服务业集聚,从而实现二三产业的协调发展。
As the intermediate input of manufacturing, producer services with manufacturing reflect the relationship of input-output in upstream and downstream. This paper builds an interactive contact between producer services location and manufacturing location from the spatial dimensions based on the vertical linkage model. And we take the employment data of 27 cities in Yangtze River Area as an example, use the simultaneous model with two equations, test and verify the co-location between producer services and manufacturing. The results show that: in the Yangtze River Area, the interaction effect between manufacturing location and producer services location is different due to the different scale of the city. Thus, it leads to the different developmental sequence of industries in the different city. The metropolis should focus on the development and agglomeration of producer services. Meanwhile, the small-medium cities should put the manufacturing at the first place, in order to attract producer services.
