摘要
通过自制的离子液体催化剂——1-甲基-3-磺丙基咪唑硫酸氢盐[Spmim][HSO4]在无溶剂体系下催化大豆油脂肪酸甲酯与过氧甲酸环氧化反应制备环氧脂肪酸甲酯。在单因素实验的基础上对实验条件进行了优化,得到的最佳工艺条件为:反应时间60 min,反应温度60℃,催化剂添加量6%(占大豆油脂肪酸甲酯的质量),甲酸物质的量与双键物质的量比值为0.8,过氧化氢物质的量与双键物质的量比值为2.6。在此最佳条件下环氧值达到5.44%,环氧化率达到70.42%,环氧脂肪酸甲酯的碘值(I)为4.7 g/100 g,大豆油脂肪酸甲酯中的不饱和双键已基本反应完全。
The epoxidized fatty acid methyl ester was synthesized by the reaction of soybean oil fatty acid meth- yl ester and peroxyformic acid catalyzed by self- made ionic liquid 1 -methyl -3 -sulfopropyl imidazole hydrogen sulfate [ Spmim] [ HSO4 ]. The reaction conditions were optimized based on single factor experiment. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: reaction time 60 rain, reaction temperature 60 ~C, catalyst dosage 6% (based on the mass of soybean oil fatty acid methyl ester), molar ratio of formic acid to unsaturat- ed double bonds 0. 8: 1, molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to unsaturated double bonds 2.6:1. Under the optimal conditions, the epoxy value reached 5.44%, the epoxidation rate reached 70.42%, iodine value of the product was 4.7gI/100 g, and almost all of the unsaturated double bonds in soybean oil methyl ester reacted completely.
