摘要
本文选取1978-2010年内蒙古农牧业发展数据,在分析内蒙古种植业和畜牧业发展现状的基础上,指出农牧业生产经营方式粗放、财政投入不足、产业化和组织化程度低下,生态脆弱成为制约内蒙古现代农牧业发展的主要因素。提出内蒙古应立足发展实际,发挥资源和地区优势,加大财政投入,以科技为先导转变生产方式,加大培训力度提高农牧民综合素质,保护生态,实现农牧业产业化、工业化和现代化,最终解决"三农三牧"问题,实现内蒙古农牧业经济社会跨越式的发展。
Through quantitative analysis of the husbandry of the Inner Mongolia during the period of 1978-2010, this paper tries to analyze the development of fanning and animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia. Extensive runs way, insufficient finance investment, low industrialization degree and fragile ecology are the major constraining factor in the development of agricultural modernization. Inner Mongolia must take flexible measures, bring into play regional and resource advantages, increase financial input, change the modes of production, increase training efforts of farmers and herdsmen and protect eco-system to achieve agricultural modernization. Finally solve the ＂agriculture, countryside and farmers＂ issues and achieve leap development of farming and animal husbandry of Inner Mongolia.
