江汉平原水禽产业现状及发展策略研究

Current Situation and Development Strategy for Waterfowl Industrial in Jianghan Plain

以水禽产业经济学调查的数据为基础,对江汉平原水禽产业的现状与趋势进行了研究。认为江汉平原水禽产业的生产方式,产业模式和由环境约束导致的健康养殖模式已经形成,且江汉平原水禽养殖已经进入高成本发展阶段。江汉平原水禽产业目前主要的问题是:产业发展缺少政府的支持和引导,无序的进入和退出生产行为造成产业的巨大波动,生产技术的滞后和行业管理的不规范行为不利于产业竞争力的提升。针对产业发展中存在的问题,本文提出了江汉平原进攻型发展、低碳健康养殖型发展、技术优先型发展等三种发展战略,并提出相应的对策建议。

The status and trends of waterfowl industry were studied in Jianghan Plain based on the survey date of waterfowl industry. The waterfowl industrial mode of production, developing models and healthy breeding mode caused by environmental constraints has been formed in Jianghan Plain, and this waterfowl breeding mode has been entering into a high-cost development stage. However, some problems still exist： the lack of government support and guidance in the industrial development, the great fluctuation caused by disordered entry and exit of production behavior, the backward technology of production and the nonstandard management behavior is not conducive to industrial competitiveness. To solve these problems, this research puts forward the progressive development, low-carbon development and technology-oriented development and some corresponding measures and suggestions.
