Research on technical system ideality improving method based on affordance analysis

摘要 针对复杂技术系统进化过程中需要消除有害因素的问题,提出用可供性描述技术系统与环境间的关系,并介绍了可供性模板和可供性矩阵的应用方法,在此基础上,提出了基于可供性的理想度描述方式,建立了可供性分析与TRIZ理论集成应用的计算流程。应用采煤机螺旋滚筒进化解决耗能问题的实例,验证了提出方法的正确性。 Aiming at eliminating the harmful effect deriving from the technology system,the concept affordance is recommended to express the relationship between the technology system and environment.In addition,the application of generic affordance structure template and affordance structure matrix is introduced.Furthermore,the expression of ideality based on the affordance and the flow chart of integrating affordance analysis with TRIZ is created to support the proposal method.Finally,the development of shearer is used as an example to solve the energy consumption problem and validate the correctness of proposed method.
