摘要
以新型凸轮机构为研究对象,首次提出"弹簧工作始点"的概念,发现其"上确界"的客观存在性,揭示出弹簧刚度系数随"弹簧工作始点"的变化规律。文中的研究结论对力锁合弹簧"预紧性设计"的传统认知作法具有一定的冲击性和颠覆性。
With new cam mechanism as the research object,this paper first proposes the concept of "Spring Work Starting Point",finds the objective existence of the "Supremum" and reveals the rules that spring stiffness coefficient with the change of the "Spring Work Starting Point".The conclusion of this paper has certain impact and subversive on traditional cognitive practice of locking spring "Preloading Design".
