摘要
以国产RDC15-FA型金属带式无级变速器(Continuously Variable Transmission,CVT)的传动机理出发,在传递最恶工况下,较准确地得到了8个轴承的载荷分布;然后对壳体进行了刚强度分析,对薄弱的地方进行了改进。
Starting from the transmission mechanism of the domestic RDC15-FA metal belt type continuously variable transmission,the eight bearing load distributions are more accurately obtained in the most severe conditions.The stiffness and strength of housing of CVT are analyzed,and the weak locations of housing are improved.
