摘要
发动机罩是汽车车身覆盖件重要组成部分,其结构的刚度和振动模态性能是在设计时需要考虑的。通过对原始发动机罩结构的分析,发现原始结构存在不足,依据拓扑优化和形貌优化理论对其结构进行优化,以位移、模态、体积分数等为约束,以加权应变能最小为目标,得出最佳材料分布及压延筋分布,按其分布进行重新设计。优化结果显示发动机罩性能得到明显改善,同时新结构的质量也有所下降。
Engine hood is a distinct part of a whole auto body panels,it is the structural stiffness and vibration modal that is necessary to take into consideration while designing.After structure analysis of original engine hood,some defects were found.According to the theories of topology optimization and topography optimization,the displacement,the modal and the volumetric fraction were set up for constraints,the strain energy was set up for the optimization objective.After computation,the optimal shape and material distribution for the structure was shown.Then,the hood structure was redesigned,the results of re-computation showed that the engine hood structure capability was superior to the original and the new hood weight was also reduced.
