摘要
针对某产品装配使用的工装项目较多、装配手段相对落后的现状,根据集成化要求提出了摇臂升降总体结构方案。通过运动仿真验证了空间尺寸与装配顺序的可行性,为装置的快速开发奠定了基础。然后进行了工程图样设计,主要介绍了总体与关键部件的结构与原理,给出了立柱的刚度分析、吸具的安全系数等数据。样机考核结果表明:设计方案合理,具有较大的技术进步。
With respect to the current situation of large number of assembly tools and outdated assembly techniques used in certain product,a rocker lift overall structure plan is proposed according to the integrated demands of assembly and design.The correctness of space and sequence is validated by computer simulation of assembly process.The structure and principle of its primary components are introduced in detail,with the rigidity of column is analyzed and the safety factor of a copula.Prototype evaluation results show that the design is reasonable with a greater technological progress.
