村庄合并是新农村建设的重要组成部分,对新农村建设的全局具有重要影响。依安县丰林村在新农村建设中,按照"撤并自然屯,建设中心村"的思路,形成了政府主导,部门配合,农民受益,多方共赢的"丰林模式",有力地推进了新农村建设进程。以依安县丰林村为例,通过实地调查,探讨丰林村在新农村建设中村庄合并的实践,总结其启示,以期为村庄合并建设提供借鉴价值。

Villages merging is a major component part of new countryside construction.It has an important impact on the overall situation of new countryside construction.In new countryside construction,the Fenglin village of Yi＇an county has established the Fenglin Mode of government leading,departments cooperating,farmers benefiting and many aspects all-win in according to the idea of merging natural villages,constructing a key settlement.It also has promoted the new countryside construction process effectively.The paper is a case study of Fenglin village.It discusses the practice of Fenglin village in villages merging of new countryside construction,summarizes the enlightenment after field investigation and is expected to supply reference value for villages merging construction.
