A crucial factor of the improvement of teaching quality is the teacher,namely his or her personality.Teachers who teach Morals,Ethics and Fundamentals of Law have the duty to transmit wisdom,impart knowledge and resolve doubts.In the process of instructing their students how to conduct and behave,and in the meantime of representing a character that inspires virtue,ambition and dignity,those teachers are destined to demonstrate a personality of seeking truth,goodness and perfection.In the process of teaching the course,a favorable personality demonstrated by the teacher is helpful to further improve the effectiveness of teaching and deepen the recognition of the course for students,and hence plays an important role in the personality development and willpower shaping of students.
