劳动与社会保障法是法学专业主干课程,它对于学生就业的指导作用巨大,通过多年的教学实践,提出以实现教学目标为宗旨,采取制作精良的教学辅助课件、采用多种教学方法、改变现有的考核方式等手段,提升学生的综合能力,为学生进入社会提供良好的心理素质、知识储备及社会责任感和使命感。

Laws of Labor and Social Security is one of the main courses for the undergraduates of law majors.It＇s of great significance for their employment after graduation.Through years of teaching practice,the author argues that the course should be aimed at achieving the teaching objectives by a well-made teaching aids courseware,using a variety of teaching methods,innovating the existing assessment methods and reforming the existing modes of teaching,etc,to enhance students＇ comprehensive ability.In this case,the students would be well prepared for entering the community with good psychological quality,profound base of knowledge,a sense of responsibility and mission for the society.
