摘要
分别以无纺布、丙纶、涤纶、锦纶和不锈钢丝网作为动态膜生物反应器(DMBR)的膜基材进行污水处理的试验研究。结果表明,以涤纶和不锈钢丝网作为膜基材的DMBR对COD具有较好的处理效果,系统对COD的平均去除率分别为84.92%和82.76%,动态膜对COD的平均去除率分别为23.03%和20.87%;以无纺布作为膜基材的DMBR对NH3-N的去除效果较好,平均NH3-N去除率为85.06%。5种膜基材的DMBR对TP的去除率均偏低。同时,研究表明,无纺布、锦纶和不锈钢丝网的初始膜通量较大,经过毛刷清洗膜通量略有恢复。
Non-woven fabric,polypropylene fabric, terylene, chinlon and stainless steel wire mesh have been used respectively as the membrane substrates of dynamic membrane bioreactor (DMBR),for treating wastewater. The results show that the DMBR using terylene, and stainless steel wire mesh as membrane substrates has better COD treatment effect. The average COD removing rates by the system are 84.92% and 82.76%. The average COD removing rates by dynamic membrane are 23.03% and 20.87%. The NH3-N removing efficacy is better when DMBR using non-woven fabric as membrane substrate is used. Its average NH3-N removing rate is 85.06%. The removing rates of TP affected by the DMBR with five kinds of membrane substrates are on the low side. At the same time, the research indicates that the initial membrane flux of non-woven fabric, chinlon and stainless steel wire mesh is better. After it is washed with a brush, the membrane flux can be restored.
