The Worldwide Progress of Health Related Quality of Life Instruments for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)作为一种发病率和伤残率越来越高的慢性呼吸系统疾病,严重威胁患者健康相关生命质量。而健康相关生命质量量表对于COPD患者生命质量的评估、治疗及预后起着非常积极的作用。通过对国内外COPD量表的优越性及研究进展的研究,帮助临床医师和学术研究者在对COPD患者进行生命质量评价及治疗时,选择出合适的量表。

Pulmonary disease （COPD）, one of the chronic respiratory diseases, is now seriously threatening the the quality of life of COPD patients with increasing morbidity and mortality. The health-related quality of life （HRQOL） assessment plays a positive role in measuring burdens,treatment efficacy and impact factors of COPD on daffy life. This study reviewed and summarized the superiority and research progress of the CPOD scale at home and abroad, so as to help physicians and researchers to choose appropriate scales to evaluate HRQOL of COPD on dailv life.
