摘要
随着二氧化氯消毒方式逐步在石化循环水中的应用,对二氧化氯发生器控制系统提出了更高的要求,在保证控制系统可靠性的同时必须保证电气系统达到防爆要求。防爆型二氧化氯发生器PLC控制系统,是在原有控制系统的基础上结合石化行业循环水的特殊要求而专门开发的防爆控制系统。该系统整体设计合理、软件功能丰富,成功完成了所有控制要求,并于2011年6月在江西九江石化循环水厂成功运行。
With increasing application of chlorine dioxide disinfection in petrochemical circulating water, higher requirements for chlorine dioxide generator control system were imposed, and the electrical system must meet the explosion-proof requirements while ensuring the reliability of the control system. An explosion-proof control system, namely PLC control system for explosion-proof chlorine dioxide generator was developed based on the existing control system and special requirements of petrochemical circulating water. The explosion-proof control system is reasonable in its design, abundant in software functions and successful in fulfilling all the control requirements. The system has been in operation in Jiangxi Jiujiang Petrochemical Circulating Water Plant since June 2011.
