摘要 总结了江南某污水处理厂采用Carrousel 2000型氧化沟处理高浓度城市污水的工艺运行情况,并针对二沉池表面产生的浮泥现象进行了较深入的分析。经过四个多月的观察,发现该污水厂的Carrousel 2000型氧化沟工艺具有很强的抗冲击负荷能力,即使进水COD浓度超出设计标准近50%,出水水质仍波动不大。通过合理调整氧化沟曝气量及污泥浓度等工艺控制因素,除COD和SS外,可以保证出水其他指标稳定达到一级A标准。而构筑物上的浮泥问题,需进一步研究形成浮泥的主要原因及影响因素,以期能在未来的运行工作中尽量减少浮泥的产生。同时,对高浓度污水产生污泥的脱水性进行了絮凝剂比选,获得了有用的试验数据以指导生产。 The operation of Carrousel 2000 oxidation treat high-concentration municipal sewage was summarized. ditch at a WWTP in south of Yangtze River to The floating sludge phenomena on the surface of secondary sedimentation tank were analyzed. After more than four months of observation, a strong resistance to impact load was observed for the Carrousel 2000 oxidation ditch. The effluent quality was relatively stable even if the influent COD concentration exceeded the design standards by nearly 50%. Except for COD and SS, the other effluent indicators could meet the first level A criteria by reasonably regulating control parameters, such as aeration rate and sludge concentration. Main reasons and factors influencing floating sludge generation need to be further investigated to minimize its generation. The performance of flocculants in dewatering of sludge from high-concentration sewage was compared.
