摘要 研究任意光照强度和环境温度下的太阳能电池光伏输出特性变化规律,分析二极管理想因子(A)、串联电阻(Rs)和并联电阻(Rp)等参数变化对光伏输出特性的影响作用,对于改进太阳能利用方法,研制能量转换装置具有重要意义。本文基于光伏输出特性机理模型,通过分析光伏特性模型参数对输出特性的影响规律,提出一种基于抛物线极值点求解的最大功率点计算方法,进而利用所构造的方程求解模型参数,获得任意光照强度和环境温度下的光伏特性曲线。针对四类太阳能电池进行的实验验证和误差分析,结果表明方法具有较高的精度和良好的工程应用前景。 Under mutative irradiation intensity and temperature condition, the research and the analysis of the solar photovoltaic output characteristic and its parameter influence effect have important significance on utilizing the solar energy and improving energy conversion devices. According to the mechanism model of output current, the influence laws between model parameter and output characteristics were analyzed at first. Then, a method based on extremism solution of parabola was developed to calculate maximum power point, and a group of equations was established to solve the model parameters, the output characteristic curves with mutative irradiation intensity and temperature were obtained. Finally, experiment and error analysis were achieved, the results demonstrate that the method possesses high accuracy and good engineering application prospect.
