医科大学女生对锻炼之益处与锻炼之障碍的认知情况分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究女大学生对锻炼之益处 (体育锻炼对人体的种种益处 )与锻炼之障碍 (各种阻碍人们进行锻炼的因素 )的认知情况。方法 采用分层随机抽样的方法 ,在中山医科大学抽取 2 1 7名女大学生进行问卷调查。结果 女大学生对锻炼之益处的认知程度 ( 2 98)高于对锻炼之障碍的认知程度 ( 2 0 3 )。在前者中 ,生理表现方面的益处被认知的程度 ( 3 0 8)最高 ,而后者中 ,锻炼因素被认知的程度 ( 2 1 5)最高。结论 锻炼之益处与锻炼之障碍及其包括的各种因素被女大学生所认知的程度均不同。 Objective To understand the perceived benefits of and barriers to exercise among female medical students Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to 217 female students of the Sun Yat sen University of Medical Sciences by stratified random sampling Results The average score of perceived benefits of exercise in general (2 98) is higher than that of perceived barriers to exercise in general (2 03) Among the perceived benefits of exercise those categorized as physical performance were rated the highest (3 08) Among the perceived barriers to exercise, those categorized as exercise milieu factors were rated the highest (2 15) Conclusion Different female medical students perceive the benefits of and barriers to exercise and their factors differently
