摘要
模具补偿是减小冲压件回弹的一种有效方法。利用有限元模拟软件Dynaform对电视机托架的成形和回弹过程进行数值模拟分析,提出基于Dynaform回弹补偿功能进行模具型面设计的方法,在成形和回弹过程模拟分析的基础上,根据回弹量对电视机托架初始模具型面反向补偿修正,得到了满足电视机托架成形精度要求的模具型面,使模具修正在计算机上达到量化,从而减小生产中的试模时间并且降低试模成本。
The die surface compensation is an effective way to reduce the springback of stamping parts. The forming and springback processes of TV bracket are analyzed by using FEM numerical simulation software Dynaform. A die surface design method based on springback compensation function of Dy- naform is proposed. The initial die surface of TV bracket is compensated and modified in reverse di- rection according to springback value after forming and springback simulation analysis. The die sur- face which can ensure forming precision of TV bracket is obtained. In the paper, die is modified quan- titatively by means of computer. This can decrease a term of testing die and lower cost of testing die.
