摘要
为了研究温度和湿度对树脂基体用双组份聚醚型聚氨酯固化质量的影响,本文以液化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和聚醚多元醇为原料,借助差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和偏光显微镜分析软件分别对聚醚型聚氨酯(PU)固化反应的动力学方程和不同温度和湿度下聚醚型聚氨酯固化产物表面发泡率进行了研究和表征。结果表明,聚醚型聚氨酯体系固化反应级数n=0.87,表观活化能E=43.59kJ/mol,频率因子A=2.344×105s-1;温度低于25℃、相对湿度低于60%时聚氨酯固化产物表面发泡率低,气泡小,固化产物表面相对光滑。
In order to study the influences of temperature and humidity on cured products of two-component polyether-based polyurethane used as resin matrix, its curing reaction kinetic equation and the surface foaming rate of its products cured at different temperature and humidity were studied and eharactered by use of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) instrument and polarizing microscope analysis software. The liquefied methylene diphenyl diisoeyanate and polyether polyols were used as materials. The results show that, the curing reaction order , n, apparent activation energy,E, and frequenee factor ,A, equals 0. 87,43.59kJ/mol, and 2. 344 ×10^5s-1 respectively. When temperature and humidity are below 25~C and 60%, the cured PU products have a low foaming rate, small foams and relatively smoother surface.
