成都双流机场儿童院前急救325例临床分析

An Analysis on 325 Cases of Pediatric Pre-hospitalizaion Rescue in Shuang Liu Airport of Chengdu

目的:研究2009-01～2012-12成都双流机场325例儿童院前急救的流行病学特点。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,对2009-01～2012-12成都双流机场儿童院前急救病例的儿童占所有院前急救病例比例、疾病谱、发病年龄、就诊高峰、病情轻重分级、接到通知到医务人员到达时间等进行统计。结果:2009-01～2012-12成都双流机场儿童院前急救中,疾病分布前5类依次为:发热,消化系统疾病,呼吸系统疾病,高热惊厥,外伤。发病年龄高峰为幼儿期(40.31%)和婴儿期(28.62%)。就诊高峰为每年6～8月和11月～次年1月,病情分级以一般、急为主,接到通知到医务人员到达时间平均为6.71 min。结论:成都双流机场儿童院前急救就诊量占急救总病例比例较大,发病以发热、消化系统、呼吸系统及高热惊厥为主,发病年龄以婴幼儿为主。故应加强对急救人员相关培训,合理安排急救资源。

Objective：To study the characteristics of the pediatric Pre - hospitalizaion rescue on 325 cases in Shuang Liu Airport of Cheugdu, from January, 2009 to December, 2012. Methods：This article takes the retrospective analysis method to analyze the statistics about the proportion of children＇s pre - hospitalizaion rescue during the whole emergency cases, the spectrum of patients, the age of onset, the climax of service process, the different grade of severity of the disease and the time from medical staff receiving the message to the time of their arrival. Results：During the cases of Children＇s pre - hospital care at Shuangliu Airport from January, 2009 to December, 2012, they are divided into five categories： the fever, the disease of digestive system, the disease of respiratory system, the febrile convulsion, and the trauma. The cli- max of the age of onset are divided into two stages： the infancy （40. 31% ） and the early childhood （28.62%）. the climax of service process are divided into two stages in a year： one is frome June to August, the other is from November to the January of next year. The disease grade is mainly appears in two conditions ： the common and the emergency. The average time that medical staff＇s arrival is about 6. 71 minutes. Conclusions ：The pre -hospital care of children accounts for a higher proportion at ShuangLiu Airport of Chendu. And the fever, the disease of digestive system, the disease of respiratory system and the febrile convulsion were the most. Therefore, training of the emergency care personnel should be strengthened. And the pre -hospital emergency medical resources should be arranged reasonably.
