摘要
目的:探讨睾丸性不育症和正常睾丸组织生精细胞增殖与凋亡的变化和关系。方法:用免疫组化SP法检测增殖指数(PI),用TUNEL技术检测凋亡指数(AI)。结果:睾丸性不育症生精细胞PI明显低于正常睾丸组织(P<0.01),AI明显高于正常睾丸组织(P<0.01),PI与AI负相关(r=-0.413,均P<0.01)。结论:生精细胞增殖和凋亡的失衡可能与睾丸性不育症的发病和发展程度有关,低PI和高AI可以作为睾丸性不育症预后不良的标志。
Objective:To explore the relationship and change between the cell proliferation and apoptosis in normal tes- ticular tissue and testicular infertility. Methods :The cell proliferation index(PI) was detected with SP immunohistochemistry, the ceil apoptosis index(AI) was determined with Tunnel technology. Results:PI of testicular infertility was significantly lower than that of normal testicular tissue (P 〈0. 01 ) ,AI iri normal testicular tissue was higher than that of testicular infertility ( P 〈 0. 01 ), there was a negative correlation between PI and AI ( r = - 0. 413, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions : The disequilibrium of cell proliferation and apoptosis may be associated with the pathogenesis and development of testicu- lar infertility,lower PI and higher AI may indicate unfavourable prognosis for testicular infertility.
