角膜屈光手术在军事飞行人员中的应用

目的:综述角膜屈光手术及其在军事飞行人员中的应用研究进展。方法:资料来源与选择该领域的相关研究论文和研究报告。资料引用国内外公开发表的文献32篇。结果:综合分析角膜屈光手术的优缺点,及其与航空各种环境因素间的相互影响,阐述角膜屈光手术在军事飞行人员中的应用问题。结论:军事飞行人员角膜屈光手术存在一定的风险,国外对军事飞行人员角膜屈光手术有一套严格的要求和相应的规定。我军目前尚不具备开展军事飞行人员角膜屈光手术的条件,目前需要尽快开展军事飞行环境与角膜屈光手术方面的研究。

Objective ：To review the development subject to the researches of corneal refractive surgery and its application in the military pilots. Methods：Literature resource and selection Research papers and study reports in this field. Literature quotation thirty - two literatures published in this field were cited. Results： Literature synthesis comprehensive analysis the advantages and disadvantages of laser refractive surgery and the interaction of aviation environment factors, expatiate on the application of the corneal refractive surgery to the military pilots. Conclusions：There is a certain risk in the military pilots with corneal refractive surgery, and in other countries corneal refractive surgery must meet strict requirements and corresponding regulations. Our army is not equipped with conditions which carry out corneal refractive surgery in military flight personnel, currently we must research the connections between the military flight environment and corneal refractive surgery as soon as possible.
