Suggestion on the Revising of Drug Administration Law

本文提出了修改《药品管理法》的指导思想 ,从《药品管理法》的名称、药品监督管理机构以及法律责任等方面提出了修改的具体意见和建议。

With the development of the society, some regulations of the Drug Administration Law can not adapt to the society, this paper discusses the necessity of revision of Drug Administration Law and the principles of revising. Some suggestions are offered such as the revising of law name, the administration agency, and the duty in law, and so on.
