复杂地层泥水盾构开仓换刀施工技术研究

研究目的:盾构在复杂富水砂层中开仓作业施工存在诸多不确定性,该技术在目前还不够成熟,本文以实际工程为依托,总结盾构在复杂地层中开仓的施工工艺及参数,为进一步研究盾构开仓技术提供参考,同时为类似工程提供借鉴。研究结论:通过对富水砂层中地层盾构开仓换刀施工技术的研究,得出:施工要求泥膜全部覆盖掌子面土体且泥膜平均厚度5 cm以上;进仓过程和加压过程同时分步进行;降压过程也要分步分阶段进行;泥膜加压形成需要的压力比切口压力高出0.5bar是合适的。
