摘要
结合安阳钢铁集团公司自身装备水平、工艺技术条件,围绕产品、质量、成本对炼钢系统流程从工艺流、时间流、物质流、信息流4个方面进行了详细梳理、解析、优化。通过炼钢系统流程的优化,实现了炼钢系统的结构优化升级和功能优化升级,实现了产品、质量、成本的较佳结合。
In this thesis, steel-making system flow is hackled, parsed and optimized in detail from process flow, time flow, material flow and information flow and by optimization of the steelmaking system flow the optimization of structure and improvement of functions of steelmaking as well as an optimal compromise between products, quality and cost have been realized.
