摘要
通过低倍检验、断口分析、拉伸试验、钢中气体含量测定等手段,分析了40Mn2方坯表面纵裂的成因。结果显示:由于钢水氢含量偏高,导致晶界强度偏低;如果冷却过程中由于气候等其它原因引起铸坯表面所承受的应力增大,就会导致铸坯沿粗大的柱状晶开裂,并进一步扩张成纵裂。
Through macroscopic test, fracture analysis, tensile test, gas content measurement and other methods the present paper analyzes the cause of the surface longitudinal crack of 40Mn2 steel bloom. The result shows that the grain boundary strength is lowered by the high content of hydrogen and increase of stress on the surface of bloom arising from climate and other factors in the process of cooling leads to bloom crack along the coarse columnar crystals and then further expansion to the longitudinal cracks
