论创新型省份建设中创新创业型人才培养——以浙江省为例

Innovative Entrepreneurial Talent Trainingin the Construction of Innovative Provinces——A case study of Zhejiang Province

创新型省份是创新型国家概念的延伸和区域化的表述。创新型省份建设的关键是人才,能否培养和拥有一大批为创新型省份建设提供智力支撑的创新创业人才,是其建设的重中之重。创新型省份建设与创新创业型人才培养具有因果逻辑关系。在此基础上,深入探讨创新型省份建设中创新创业型人才的培养。

Innovative province is the extension of the concept of innovative nation and the expression of regionalization. The key of innovative province construction is people, which means to foster and own a large number of innovative and entrepreneurial talents to provide inteUectual support for the construction of innovative provinces is of great importance among all the other vital tasks. Thus, in a sense, the construction of innovative province determines the direction and target of innovative talent training. And the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial talent supports the construction of innovative province. Taking Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper analyses the logical relations between the innovative province construction and the innovative entrepreneurial talents training. On that basis, this paper research on about how to cultivate the innovative entrepreneurial talents in the construction of innovative provinces.
