摘要
采用基于DEA的Malmquist指数分析方法,对我国36所"985工程"高校2005-2010年科研活动全要素生产率及其分解情况进行测算和分析,得到以下结论:我国高校科研活动生产率年均增长2.9%,发展势头良好。技术效率和技术进步是高校科研生产率提高的主要动因,年均增长率分别达到1.9%和1%。随着时间的推移,科研生产率波动趋势明显;不同高校间科研生产率差距较大;东部、中部和西部"985工程"高校科研生产率存在显著差异。
The Malmquist index analysis method is used to measure the scientific research TFP and its decomposition of "Project 985" universities in 2005-2010. Some conclusions are found. The TFP of scientific research has generally maintained a rapid growth, average annual growth rate of 2.9%. Technical efficiency is the mainly driving force of the increasing, average annual growth rate of 1.9%. And, the average annual growth rate of technological progress is 1%. There are significantly time fluctuations and university unbalanced in scientific research TFP. At the same time, the scientific research TFP of "Project 985" universities in the eastern, central or western region is also significantly different.
