Important Step Made in Reform of Electric Power Coal Marketization

分析了取消电煤重点合同、实施电煤价格并轨对推进煤炭市场化的重要作用,以及电煤价格并轨对煤炭企业带来的机遇和挑战。认为,电煤价格并轨是煤炭迈向全面市场化的重要一步,但决非最后一步,整个煤、电、运供应链各个环节的市场化改革亟待推进。

The paper analyzed the important role on the key electric power coal contract canceled and the electric power coal price integration to promote the coal marketization and analyzed the opportunity and challenge of the electric power price inte- gration to the coal enterprises. The paper held that the electric power coal price integration is an important step of a full mar- ketization made for coal. But this step is not a final step and the marketization reform of each link for the completed coal, electric power, transportation and supply chain would be needed to be promoted.
