The paper analyzes the importance of the information quality on construction of financial execution. A financial exe- cution force enhanced is a base to upgrade the financial management level and a good or poor information transmission quality would be directly related to the determination and effect implemented financially. Under the intensive economic management and control, to improve the information transmission quality, to distinguish and avoid the internal and external risks in the production operation activities of the enterprise, to block the loopholes in the management and to implement the financial tar- get of the enterprise would have a very important role to improve the financial execution force.
