围绕国有煤炭企业在贯彻落实党的十八大精神过程中,创新基层党组织建设工作的实践,阐述了如何在服务企业发展的实践中探索新理念、新方法、新机制,不断增强党组织的凝聚力、战斗力和号召力,分析了煤炭企业在创建"学习型、服务型、创新型、廉洁型、和谐型"党组织工作创新的对策。

Around the implementation and popularization process of the 18th National Congress of the CPC in the state owned coal enterprises and the practices on the creation of the grass-root Party Organizations construction work, the paper stated how to discover the new idea, new method and new mechanism in the practices on the development of the service enterprises and how to continuously enhance the cohesive force, combating force and calling force of the Party Organizations.
