泰勒货币规则在我国宏观调控中的应用探析

Application of Taylor Monetary Rule in China's Macro-control

泰勒规则作为一种简单的货币政策规则,受到广大学者关注和各国央行的重视。目前,我国央行在宏观调控中尚未运用该规则进行操作,本文针对我国货币政策实践,从货币政策目标、中介目标、政策独立性、相关机制和技术约束条件出发,深入探讨了泰勒规则在我国货币政策中的适用性,并依据应用中存在的掣肘因素,给出了相关政策建议。

As a simple monetary policy rule, although Taylor rule increasingly attracts the attention of many scholars and central banks, China＇s central bank has not yet apply it in the Chinese monetary policy now. Based on some constraints in practice, such as monetary policy goals, intermediate targets, the independence of PBC, related mechanisms and technical constraints, this paper analyzes the applicability of Taylor rule in China, and gives some relevant policy recommendations.
